How long do BBL HEROic results last?

Results improve with each session and can last a year or longer with proper maintenance. Most clients start with a series of treatments, spaced about a month apart, then maintain with yearly sessions. How long your results hold also depends on your sun protection habits and skincare routine between visits. Consistency is what keeps your results building over time.

What does BBL HEROic treat?

The short answer is a lot. Most clients come in for sun damage, pigment, or redness, but once they see what BBL HEROic can do, they often expand their treatment plan to include skin tightening, acne, or hair removal. It’s also commonly extended to the neck, chest, and body for clients who want to treat beyond the face. Your provider customizes every session to your specific concerns.

Does BBL HEROic hurt?

Discomfort during treatment is uncommon, but if noted, it is generally mild and varies by treatment area. Your provider can adjust settings throughout the session to keep you comfortable. Numbing may be used depending on your skin concerns and the severity of what we’re treating.

What is the downtime after BBL HEROic?

There’s no downtime after BBL HEROic. Dark spots and pigment will temporarily darken before flaking off over the following week, and you can go right back to work and wear makeup 24 hours post-procedure. There can be mild swelling or redness for up to two days after treatment, though this is not common. Your provider will walk you through specific aftercare instructions to protect your results.

BBL HEROic vs. IPL: what's the difference?

BBL HEROic is a more advanced form of IPL (intense pulsed light). Traditional IPL devices deliver light energy to treat pigment and redness, but BBL HEROic takes it further with more power, precision, and customizable settings.
