Full Facial Balancing, Not One-Area Fixes
Build Collagen & Elastin Over Time

Radiesse & Sculptra: What Are Biostimulators?
As we age, we lose volume in the fat pads that support our facial structure, leading to hollowing and imbalance. Biostimulators like Radiesse and Sculptra address this at the source, triggering your body’s own collagen and elastin production to rebuild what’s been breaking down. Benefits include:
- Stimulates collagen and elastin for firmer, tighter skin
- Treats volume loss and laxity in the face, neck, chest, and knees
- Results build over two to three sessions, then maintain yearly
- Can be combined with fillers for immediate and long-term correction
- Advanced protocols like Radiesse Gold combine biostimulators with HA filler and tox for long-lasting skin rejuvenation
- Results compound with each session, so your skin keeps improving over time
Your Dermal Filler Questions, Answered
Hyaluronic acid fillers like Restylane, RHA, and Revanesse Versa typically last 12 to 18 months, depending on your metabolism and the area treated. Biostimulators like Radiesse and Sculptra work on a longer timeline, stimulating collagen over a series of sessions and maintaining yearly once you’ve reached your goal.
The investment also shifts over time. Full facial balancing typically ranges from $1,800 to $3,500, depending on your volume loss and goals. Once you’ve reached that goal, maintenance requires half the product or less, usually every 15 to 18 months. The clients who commit to their full plan end up spending the least over time and feel the most confident in their results.
That depends entirely on your anatomy, your goals, and what areas we’re treating. Some areas, like the chin or lateral cheeks, may only need one syringe, while something like midcheek correction may take one to four, depending on the degree of volume loss.
At Tox & Skin Co., we take a conservative approach and build over sessions rather than doing too much at once. If you come in asking for more than your anatomy can support, we’ll be honest about that. We’d rather say no than risk a result that doesn’t look right.
We’ll map everything out during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect before anything is injected.
Filler is used across the full face. Common treatment areas include:
- Lips
- Cheeks and midface
- Jawline
- Chin and chin shadow
- Under eyes (tear troughs)
- Smile lines and nasolabial folds
- Temples
We also use biostimulators on the neck, chest, and knees for collagen stimulation and skin tightening. Every plan is built around your full facial profile, not a single feature.
Every filler has different properties. Some are firmer and better for structure. Others are softer and better for areas that need to move naturally. Here’s a quick overview of what we carry:
- Restylane: A versatile HA filler family with options for structure, volume, and subtle contouring.
- RHA Collection: Designed to move with your facial expressions for a natural look in dynamic areas.
- Revanesse Versa: A smooth HA filler that works well for lips and fine lines with minimal swelling.
- Radiesse: A biostimulator that provides immediate structure while triggering collagen production over time.
- Sculptra: A collagen stimulator that builds volume gradually over multiple sessions for full-face rejuvenation.
We determine the best product based on the treatment area, your anatomy, and your long-term goals.
Both are biostimulators, meaning they stimulate your body’s own collagen and elastin rather than just adding volume. The main differences come down to how they work and where they’re used:
- Radiesse: Provides some immediate volume on injection while stimulating collagen over time. Often used for facial contouring and advanced neck treatments (Radiesse Gold).
- Sculptra: A purely gradual approach. No immediate volume. Results build over two to three sessions and are maintained yearly. Best for pan-facial volume loss and overall skin quality.
Both require a series of sessions to start, typically two to three, followed by yearly maintenance. Your provider will recommend one or both based on your degree of volume loss and skin laxity.
Comfort is a priority for every treatment we do. Most clients describe filler as mild pressure with some brief discomfort, and many of the products we use contain lidocaine, which numbs the area as it’s injected.
Some swelling and tenderness afterward is normal and typically resolves within a few days. We take extra steps to minimize bruising during every appointment, though it is always a possibility. There’s no downtime, and most clients go right back to their day. We’ll walk you through aftercare and what to expect before you leave.
